Project setup and scheduling

- Take the handoff from sales/estimating and review the full scope

- Do a pre-job site walk with the Foreman

- Confirm start dates with the client

- Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, dumpsters, and equipment

- Load all job details into JobTread

Production coordination

- Track daily progress with the Foreman and JobTread

- Make sure CompanyCam photos are added daily

- Update clients at least every 2 days while work is active

- Watch job costing and budget performance in JobTread

- Handle issues fast and keep the job on track

- Visit job sites to verify progress and quality

Closeout and warranty

- Coordinate final inspection and punch list

- Make sure all docs are complete in JobTread

- Work with the Office Manager to send the final invoice

- Send the thank-you after payment

- Request reviews and referrals

- Register manufacturer warranties when needed

Required

- High school diploma (or equivalent)

- Valid Washington State driver’s license

- OSHA 10 (or you can get it within 90 days)

- 2+ years in commercial roofing or construction project coordination

- Strong communication and organization

- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

- Can read plans, specs, and understand job requirements

- Can use JobTread and CompanyCam (or learn fast)

Preferred

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or related)

- OSHA 30

- 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects

Physical requirements

- Drive to job sites across Washington

- Climb ladders and access commercial rooftops for inspections

- Work outdoors in Pacific Northwest weather
